There was a comic book in the early 90's called Foodang...There was a hero in there Called Captain Fiber...He would eat a bran muffin, bend over and release a powerful stream of brown justice at evildoers. It was pretty subtle humor.

Actually, I just came off a stint in the good ol' USA with my "Bud Light" drinking father, if anything, it's robbed me of my powers.
