Hey Bay Area peeps! Toy show in San Jose tomorrow!
So who's going? I'll be there, black chick, glasses, pigtails, Christmas Story hoodie on. Look for me!

Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
Sorry...we have our office party and it's going to be on the Napa Valley wine train. Good luck and don't go so wild out there. If you see any apes, think of me.
Sharry--find out when the next one is. Let's get organized early and I'll make it.
Well, hopefully there will be a next one. Jess and I heard the last time we went we heard that the property was being sold. That really SUCKS, and I don't know of any other toy shows around here.

Well, the market's not so hot in real estate, so perhaps there will be a next time...hopefully!
It was Ok. There were a few empty tables but still big enough. Got a few deals but nothing really mego out there this time. Few Vendors that carried them but with big prices.
i agree. most of it was new toys - gi joe, mcfarlane sports figures, barbies, star wars, hotwheels, etc... other stuff was people unloading their toys for cheap like x-men, spawn, star wars, from the 90's. there were some megos but the majority of them were nekkid, great for parts and the ones that were in good shape were too expen$ive. overall still a good show and imo worth goring.
I had a good time, even though getting there (and coming home) was not half the fun! However, when I came home, I discovered I lost something! I bought some clothes for my Rock Flower dolls, and I must have forgotten to put them back in my bag when I was repositioning everything. Anyway, I did get some cool stuff:
For ME:
A GIJane doll (no that wasn't typo) it was the modern kind
A Numbers Up game
A Star Trek Galileo shuttlecraft ornament
A Star Trek hat
Star Trek TNG marbles
assorted Star Trek TNG little figures (w/ a cool case)
a Rocketeer 3D book and tape set
a Bat-Mania video tape
a Sweet Polly Purebread Pepsi glass
Star Trek Christmas cards
2 Godzilla comic books
5 packs of classic Wacky Packages stickers
For The Falcon:
A Mego Shazam (minus the emblem)
an EMCE Uhura
a Fantastic Four cartoon DVD
Scott's Dida Superman phone booth prototype
an Avengers/Godzilla comic book
I also got a Power records Superhero Christmas album. I'm not sure if I'm gonna keep it or give it to Falcon. I haven't finished listening to it yet, so I haven't made up my mind.
