Obviously speculating here but what do you (meaning those reading this thread) think this means?
Are there talks of a Mego company revival? Actual toys with the OFFICIAL Mego logo on them? That means a whole lot more to me than Emce. To me, that would mean whatever comes out is OFFICIALLY Mego and a continuation of the original company. Especially considering the actual founder(?) is involved again.
This would be SPECTACULAR news if this is what the rumor means.
These new toys (or even reissues) would have a spot in the Museum as actual new Megos and not be considered repros in any way, shape or form.
That means whatever was produced under the Mego logo, even if they made new runs of replacement parts, would still be Mego and not repro.
Can we expect a Type 3 body?? With more articulation?
I hope this is what is happening.
