I will be a guest at the new Star Trek Exhibit in Phoenix AZ

Hey everyone.
I just wanted to give you all a heads up that on Friday Nov. 28 and possibly even Saturday, Nov. 29 I will be a guest speaker at the Phoenix Central Arizona Science Center and the new Trek Exhibit.
My wife and I will be in the Phoenix area over the holiday visiting our kids that are attending ASU.
The science center got wind that I would be in the area and asked if I would be a guest which I took as a huge honor and so accepted.
As some of you may already know this is the place that currently has the Star Trek Exhibit that was just unveiled last weekend on the 16th.
I have been asked to be there to talk with people and at times will be at the entry way to the exhibition. I am told that they will also be handing out materials on my latest Trek Collectibles book and magazine which is pretty exciting.
The publisher is hoping to have both the book and the magazine there in time for viewers to see.
Looks like I will get to talk about many past and present Trek collectibles including Mego and Docs EMCE figs to hundreds if not thousands of Trek fans :D
I hope to be able to also meet any Mego Museum members that are in the area or visiting the Trek center exhibit on those date(s).

I saw the ad for that in the newspaper but I knew I probably wouldn't be going since the Science Center doesn't let you just pay for the exhibit. You have to pay for center admission also which is a waste of money. I went to the Titanic exhibit last May and while I enjoyed the exhibit, I was sticker-shocked at what it cost me to get in there. Plus they only let you go through the exhibit one time and no pictures. Not only that but I had to drive all the way to central Phoenix, construction traffic, parking ramps, wait in line 100+ degrees for over an hour because they had two people taking admissions. I swore I'd never go there again.
Too bad cuz it would've been neat to meet you in that environment.
Plus I have to work those days anyway.

I don't think any of the strict rules they had for the Titanic exhibit will be in effect for the Trek exhibit. If you or any Mego Museum members happen to be able to swing by and I am in the front I can see about getting you in without much if any hassle

I plan on seeing the exhibit, but I doubt I'll be there one of those days. I think its running for several months thankfully.
