I absolutely believe that had Mego come up with this idea (and Scott designed them), they would have sold a lot more of these figures. The cards could have been given away with Superhero figures or in cereal boxes, whatever. Several people here are tempted to start collecting these, I'm sure kids would have had the same reaction.

Thanks, Flynne. These cards are pretty much for you. I love the knights, but it helped to know at least one person would completely geek out over them.

Look at that! Beautiful, absolutely beautiful! If only all artists were so talented, the World would be a more joyful place.

My inner geek cannot be contained at this moment, and it hits me at my geek crossroads of Megos, Medieval History, Classic MGM Movies, and Card collecting. I doubt I could concieve of a project that would be as cool to such a small segment of the World, and I'm the only one who attends the monthly meeting

That Black Knight must be one badazz mofo. He lives in a burning castle, puts some serious hurt on all the knights of the round table, and then gets the Kings blessing. CTVT will be thanking you for the early xmas presents.

Now that you see them all together it makes more sense. Here's how I see the story:The Black Knight burns down his former master's castle and severs his ties with him. The Knights not knowing what his plans are,try to stop him along the way. He finally makes his way to Arthur who has figured out what is going on.

If anything, I'd hope that these cards redeem the Knights (and Cowboys) from the poor treatment they got from CTVT. These are a great Mego line that suffered from some cheap reproductions. Save your pennies and get the real ones.

You succeeded my friend. I dare say the Pirates and Robin Hood sets will do the same.

The only reqret is the Knights line screamed for a Guinevere.

Wow, just wow. This really is a special one, with all the knights on it and there faces visible. The lighting from Arthur's helmet shining down on the Balkc Knight is a really cool effect. And the card has my name on it, what's not to like about it
