Make plans to attend NY Comicon Feb 6-8

I am working on something very special for New York Comicon this February,
and I don't just mean that I will have a booth there.

Next week I hope to have the details ready to post, but I can tell you that
it will be worth the trip.

The show is huge - it's at the Javits Center - the same place they
have Toy Fair. If you live close enough to come by train or subway,
definitely get a ticket to attend on Saturday Feb. 7th.

If you live in New York City, Long Island, or New Jersey - you have
    no excuse for missing this.

NY Comicon is well on its way to being the East Coast version of
San Diego Comicon where the major players go to get fan approval.

Go to: New York Comic Con - February 6-8, 2009 for tickets.

I've only gone once, but its an easy 4-stop subway ride. I'll check it out this year if its going to have something Mego-special.

I'm too far south to make it, but will wait with bated breath until the news breaks here.

If I still had relatives who lived in New Jersey,I'd have a better chance of trying to make it. Sadly, most have passed on.

Damn! And I have to move out west!!!

I was there last year and as Paul say it is awesome. I was taken back by how big it was and how many folks were in attendance. Hell, I was there on a Friady so I can only imagine Saturday was wall to wall people.

            Regardless, Details Pau, Details!!!

I'm anxious to hear the details. Its not a big deal for me to take the amtrak train down. So I'll consider going.

Would there be interest in having me at this event to talk about the process of how the Star Trek Collectibles book and magazine came together? I could even possibly get Krause to ship some books and mags there and do signings.

Capt. Kirk: "Is there anyone on this ship, who even remotely, looks like Satan?"
Mr. Spock: "I am not aware of anyone who fits that description, Captain"
Capt. Kirk: "No, Mr. Spock, I didn't think you would be"
