    The Mego Superheroes start small


    It's hard to believe this but the World's Greatest Superhero Line had a very humble start in the 1973 Sears Catalog, they were regulated to the "Bargain Page" of toys under $2.00, you'd miss them if you weren't careful.

    I'm looking at the word "bendable" arms and legs.

    Weren't they always refered to as poseable in most adds ?

                    I thought I remembered reading somewhere in here that the earliest ones came on AJ type 0 bodies or was that disproven?
                    If so, would those be considered even more valuable than the type 1 bodied examples?
                    For example that large "S" superman. If a type 0 body exists is that more desireable than a type 1?
