    MOTD: Tiger Man


    Today's Mego of the Day is none other than Draconian Henchman/Buck Rogers punching bag, Tiger Man!

    Tiger Man despite his lack of lines, made for one of the more memorable characters in the movie and resulting series....

      Gotta love that half length vest, it really keeps out the chill.

                  I used to wonder why he was called Tiger Man...

                  Then I seen an episode where the Princess got a new body guard.
                  She said, "I think i'll call you Panther Man"

                  So Tiger Man is not part Tiger or anything like that.
                  He was just named on a whim by the Princess.

                                  I had crazy Buck Rogers envy as a kid, my friend had the whole set, I didn't have figure one despite being a fan of the show.

                                      I can relate but with Star Wars.
                                      SW came out when i was 11 going on 12. I BEGGED for the new figures but my nasty, mean old stepfather said I was "too old" for those toys. Even though my friend Joey (2 years younger) got the whole first set (mail-in set) and we played with them.

                                          I'm a Huge Fan of this Line. I Totally Dig the Buck Rogers figures. I remember Tiger man always getting the Day Lights beaten out of Him, LOL.

                                              I'm the same way, I missed the whole Star Wars figure craze as when they came out toys were not on my mind so the 3 3/4 figures have no meaning to me, Looking at them now they look to be nicely done i just have no intrest in them
