I deal vintage video games and toys for a living. I'll sell between 10 and 15 nes systems in the next 5 weeks. Vintage gaming is huge right now. Granted I'm in the biggest flea market in the northeast, and I pay more, in rent, for a once a week booth than I paid for my last full time store, I can't knock it. My summer numbers were up close to 30%. Games mostly. Anything Nintendo is big and Sega stuff is starting to climb. Atari, Coleco, and Intellivision is probably the slowest movers. I actually sold a Kid Icarus and Megaman 2 to a regular customer last weekend. Took me a while to get it, but I have a decent waiting list for major title games. Especially now. It's not a doll it's an action figure. -

The Nes is my second favorite next to the 2600. Classic systems like the nes bring alot of nostalgia from the '80s. I have to use a top loader though. The originals are to much trouble to get a game running on.Comment

Tengen tetris was a really good one. Tengen got Nintendo back later and started releasing unoffical games. I actually play the commodore 64 version (dont know who made that one.)
This is a good time to get the old tv's, everyone is chunking them like a 8 track player. Personally, I still like the display better, especially for old tv shows or cartoons. I've noticed I dont enjoy watching the flat tv's after a while.Comment

I still play Atari and Intellivision games. You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...Comment

I replace the 72 pins on every console I sell. They're tighter than they were in 1985.It's not a doll it's an action figure.Comment
