How do I get different characters and skins in Batman: Arkham City

I know Robin and Nightwing can be downloaded/unlocked somehow, and there are several skins for each character. Most of the info I've found online is all about when the game was up for pre-order, and many of the characters or skins were only available from certain retailers.

Is there a way to get these characters and skins now? I believe we have the original version on PS3.

I'm not sure it'll work, but try this: http://www.nowgamer.com/news/1175284..._revealed.html

I'm not sure if they mean it when they say "any skin", because that will kind of take any incentive out of pre-ordering or getting exclusive versions of their games in the future.

^Yeah, I THINK that means that you can play those skins in regular game mode. I think the standard way to use skins is just the challenge mode. You have to have already acquired the skins before.

I did remember that we had a code for the Sinestro Corps Batman skin in my Green Lantern Movie blu ray, so I was able to get that loaded, along with the Catwoman code that came with the game.

If you missed out on the pre-order bonuses you can still purchase them through the Playstation store on the PS3. The Nightwing bundle is $6.99. Which gets you two Nightwing skins and two new challenge maps.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Sweet. We just got our Playstation store account set up last night. We'll have to do that. The boy is a bigger Wingnut than I am, and that's saying something!

          Thanks!

We bought the Nightwing and Robin bundles from the Playstation Store, as well as the Batman skin pack, and the free Batman, Inc. skin. I couldn't understand where exactly to input the "cheat code" torgospizza's link mentioned. When I try it after selecting our save slot, it just selects the other options on screen?

Chris, do you keep on entering it until you hear the audio confirmation?

My son got it to work. He said he had to do it really fast. Figures he'd be able to figure it out before I did!

I think we have all the characters and skins currently out there. Thanks torgospizza and Werewolf for your help!

Once you beat the story mode you can use the other skins to begin another game.

I love playing the game as 70's Batman as well as Batman Beyond.

^Yeah, those are really fun. I wish they had a 70s Robin, but most folks would probably chuckle at his original costume in such a dour setting.

I like the animated skins as well.
