Ep5 was great. yes, it's fan service, but that doesn't make it any less awesome.

I was getting jawa vibe from the trailer snails and tuskin from the bandits, especially with the grunts and noises they made.

Watched the season ender last night, was good, I would have been happy to see another 4-5 episodes.

              What does everyone else think?

I wish it had run longer, because now we're going to have to wait longer than usual for another season. Plus, some plot lines are going to have to be altered, or there's going to have to be a recasting with the passing of Ray Stevenson.

Overall, a strong, enjoyable series. My daughter absolutely loved it.

i thought it was a great series. I too wish there had been a few more episodes. the way it was, i kind of felt Ray Stevenson's characters was pointless. which is a shame, as I liked him. i think there was a lot more to what he was doing then just being a dark jedi

^That was pretty good. I like the Hera bit. Maybe she just can't get the goggles off?

Did you guys noticed something peculiar about the season finale duel between Ashoka and Morgan Elsbeth?

The actress playing Morgan Elsbeth carried the entire fight (just like Ray Park did as Darth Maul in The Phantom Menace), just watch her. Rosario Dawson is uncoordinated, and slow, but not Morgan. Seriously, watch it again. Morgan does all the athletic movements and for her age, she’s actually pretty fluid. Why? Because her name is Diana Lee Inosanto, an actual true martial artist in Jeet Kune Do and Andis/Eskrima. Her father is legendary martial artist Dan Inosanto. He trained with Bruce Lee…and Bruce Lee was Diana’s godfather.

Here is Bruce Lee vs Dan Inosanto’s fight scene in Game of Death…

Rosario Dawson don’t want any part of Diana Lee Inosanto in an actual real rumble…

                        Her Wiki page…

                        Her father’s…

                        And with her legendary father…

                          Spoilers

I thought most of Rosario's acting was as wooden as her duel with Morgan Elsbeth. I REALLY wanted to love her in the role, but I don't yet. She seemed to loosen up a little bit, but I kept thinking she really did get *everything* from her former master including the stick up his butt from the prequels. I enjoyed the Anakin parts, they were a nice surprise.

I'll miss Ray. I'm just as interested in seeing his plotline play out as I am Ahsoka and the Ghost gang with Thrawn. I really hope they all end up frozen in carbonite to be thawed right before the next batch of sequels with Rey.

Yes, Rosario herself is my least favorite part. She’s indeed wooden. Never expresses any emotions even under attack and duress. Always crossing her arms. And she has no athleticism whatsoever. She slow and uncoordinated. All her opponents carried her…even hulking and much older Ray Stevenson.

She can indeed drop the wooden mannerism, as she’s a good actress. Maybe that’s what Dave Filoni wanted, a stoic Ashoka. But very little can be done about her sword fighting, she’s just not nimble enough.

As I said before, I’m a fan of Rosario Dawson, but someone else should’ve played Ashoka.
