It will be until late september when they finally show Lost season 4 on Belgian TV. And it's raining spoilers.

Can anybody show me where I can watch the new episodes on the Net?
I've tried YouTube, but there's such a mess of contributions, I can't make heads nor tails of them...
All I want is: season 4, episode 1.
No trailers, or recaps, or fanfilms,...
