I laughed at Jon and Dani at the waterfall when the Dragons were watching them kiss, it was rather funny.

All of the reunions were good, and had to happen, I felt Sam and Jon's was rather rushed, and could have been better, but the reveal to Jon had to happen and I'm not surprised it came so quickly.

For an episode where basically nothing happened and they just caught us back up where everyone was, I still loved it. I thought all of the little moments between characters were great (and very much needed after so long apart and so much growth in the characters). The Sam scene was so good... perfectly acted as a man who was never made to feel part of his own Tarly family, and yet still destroyed by the news that his father and brother were killed by his new queen. And hey... a little old skool Game of Thrones T&A thrown in for good measure! Something for everyone!

I thought it was a strong premiere. Arya's reunion with Jon and the Hound actually felt a bit anti-climactic to me, but I think that's cuz there have already been a bunch of Stark reunions (Jon and Sansa being the first/best), and we all knew it was coming..

The Jon and Dani dragon "race" was absolutely thrilling and easily the episode high point. Although I loved the Tormund/Beric/Edd scene too..

Also thrilled to see Theon will be returning to Winterfell.. I don't think Alfie Allen gets enough credit for what an incredible job he's done with that character..

Remember last season when Jon told Theon he didn't have to choose? That he was a Greyjoy, AND a Stark? Looks like he'll have to take his own advice..

Jon Snow learning.........about.....well......it was shocking that it was revealed in the first episode of the season...
