For me, this show is like True Blood, where I watch it and go “oh, that was awful! I can’t wait for the next one!”Leave a comment:

I didn't realize that your kids are the same ages as mine.
-mine haven't watched it yet. It is a test. They need to choose to watch it. If they do, I will know my parenting has been successful.Leave a comment:

I haven't gotten to watch it yet but two of my sons tried it out last night - age 12 and 15 - and really liked it.Leave a comment:

Signed up for 7 day trial yesterday and watched Mandalorian last night.
I absolutely loved it. Much better than any of the recent movies and "felt" like I was watching Star Wars rather than a modern knock off.
Lots of easter eggs for real fans. And Apollo Creed is in it too.
Can't wait for what's next.Leave a comment:

i signed up tonight and watched it. I enjoyed it quite a bit. loved all the easter eggs. but, I did think for Star Wars, some of the CGI was really primitive. especially considering this is basically they show they are launching the platform with. but like I said I enjoyed it and look forward to where they go with itLeave a comment:

My kids wanted Disney+ so I signed up, I'm gonna watch Simpsons reruns mainly but I did catch "The Mandalorian".
I liked it ok, the western theme is intriguing and it was for the most part well done. It had a little lag but i wasn't bored.
A little too much "I remember this from the movies" stuff for my tastes but hey, it's the first episode. However, I was happy to not see a lightsaber of any kind.
I personally worry that I'm so sick of the taste of SW these days that i can't tell when something is decent or not. It has my attention though.
The end credits were badarse though.Leave a comment:

I liked it. I've always liked space westerns, and this is pulling hard on the Spaghetti Western tropes.Leave a comment:
