What size are they ??

They're from Revenge of the Cybermen and are 1/6 scale ( 12" ).

I have the all silver Cyberman on pre-order ( i'm not too keen on the Cyberleader's pose ) and plan to get Linx too.
I'd love to get the Tardis and Console but they are a bit expensive.
