Favorite Scene in Original 3 Star Wars.

Do you remember a particluar scene from when you were a kid that blew you away? Does a particluar scene still give you the excitement chills when you see it? What is your favorite scene from the original movies?

    Mine are from new hope.
The scrolling narrative - still gives me that feeling of anticipation.
The cliff scene overlooking Mos Eisley. - "Scum and Villiany"
    The whole Cantina thing.
When you first see the death star - "thats no moon."
"Steel-like jaws clacked away, each bite slashing flesh from my body - I used my knife and my hands, and when they were gone, my bloody stumps - and yet the turtles came."

Has to be the hanger at MOS EISLEY with the stormtrooper rushing in yelling stop that ship and Han Solo starts blasting

That's a hard question to answer... There are so many great scenes. I'd have to say the scenes that take it back to its roots -- the Saturday Matinee Serials, where Heroes were good, villains were bad, and the women were easy to look at.

I disliked Carrie Fisher's Princess Leia. Until the rescue scene from the Liar of Jabba the Hutt...

Lo there do I see my Mother and my Sisters and my Brothers.
Lo there do I see the line of my people back to the begining.
                        Lo they do call me.
They bid me take my place among them.

The closing scene in Empire Strikes Back when they're looking out the window.
That scene, along with the past events and music REALLY makes you GOT to see the "next movie"

Luke looking up at the sky at the two moons in New Hope.
The Star Wars theme is glorious in that scene.
                            It's a perfect scene.

Seems to be the most iconic of the whole series---
wasn't sure if you saw the last film---REVENGE OF THE SITH
---but the last scene in it is an homage to that original scene---music and all.
