    Dr Who model kit

Just got the Tardis/Doctor/Martha airfix kit and i've got to say it is a very impressive package...A nice size...with the figures slightly bigger than the toys and an electronic segment (pre wired) for Tardis sounds when the door closes. Excellent likenesses of both the Doctor and Martha (flesh parts made out of a slightly rubbery plastic).
Will put up pictures of the build in various stages when I get time to make it.

I saw this too in my local Toys r Us the box is massive,is the Tardis that size also Roger?
Its great to see Airfix breaking out into the Who series instead of the usual military stuff, maybe they will make more Dr Who stuff?

The TARDIS is scaled to fit the figures ...standing at approx 24 cm/ 9 1/2 inches tall with the figures approx 1:12 scale.

Try the mail order forbidden planet Barry or failing that the BBC shop used to have all 3 (Dalek, Cyberman and Tardis) at discount prices...try their online store too.
