Glad to see someone gave The Silurians a mention; possibly some of the best-realized visually bipedal, thinking reptiles on either TV or in movies.

The T Rex in all its various iterations, has been and always will be the top dog in my book for reptiles in movies/TV.

The original TOHO Godzilla is high on my list.

Don't know if the dragons from the "How to Train Your Dragon" would be eligible or not, but I love 'em.

Love the Dragon from "Dragonslayer" as well.
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

              The Big Man himself: Godzilla.

              Closely followed by Godzilla Jr.

Minya will never have a place on this list, he was that ugly.

Martin, played by Frank Ashmore on V.

              Zoc of the Herculoids.

If comic book characters are allowed, Lockheed the Dragon from X-men.

I was ready to say Gorn until someone listed Bossk and now I have to reconsider my answer...
