New Doctor Who titles/Theme

I saw the X-Mas special and noticed they tweaked the theme song again-not bad. This video on youtube seems to be from the new story The Sontaran Strategem and alleges the whole opening titles have been changed. Is this true?

I haven't seen that one before...not sure about the new theme tweaks.

Yeah new theme virtually every year...one thing I don't like (although the incidental music is great)....is the fact that the incidental music gets louder every year...it's almost drowning out dialogue this year.
