this kind of puts into perspective conversations along the lines of Borg Cube vs Deathstar.

Yes, both Deathstars are significantly larger than a Borg Cube, but odds are, the Borg would likely surround a Deathstar with an armada of cubes and the Borg Cubes have the added advantage of regeneration when they take damage.
An interesting missing vessel is V'ger at full size, which, from what I gather, was the size of a solar system.
