Masters of the Universe and the Avengers are the same movie.

Not really, of course, but it is kind of a clever video.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

It never fails to amaze me just how incredible Frank Langella is as Skeletor. Best movie villain ever.

Nice! I really need to give the MOTU movie a shot again. I think my disappointment from 1987 has worn off a bit now.

I saw this in the theatre with a friend as teenager, we went on a lark hoping it was schlock, our dreams were met! The (matinee) theatre was empty so we were pretty loud and obnoxious. It was fun.

I remember being a big fan of Teela for obvious reasons.

I didnt like the movie in '87 but its grown on me over the years. Masters of the Universe could have used a successful movie tie in at the time. Even Heman magazine, that I was a fan of, was gone after the movie failed at the box office.
