Disney/Lucasfilm announced that SW Episode 8 will be released on May 26, 2017. 40 years and one day after Star Wars' original theatrical release. The mouse isn't wasting any time on these movies it seems.

A good way to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Star Wars.
Trek 50th in 2016, it's all lined up.
At least Star Wars is only a two year wait instead of three-between. -

I saw on Twitter that they might show the full length trailer for Ep. VII with Avengers 2.
Other rumors have me believe Star Wars 7 will be fantastic, but have some video game type elements in it.
It all makes me wonder if a Sith should be in the plot, I thought Sith Lords should have ended with Palpatine.
I guess if Jedi are reborn, so must Sith.Comment
