In all honesty, I'm not really familiar with anything other than TOS and Next Generation and some scattered DS9. And my favorite episode of Star Trek is the one wher Kirk read the preamble of the U.S. Constitution. Pure acting gold my friends. GOLD!

Personally, I don't think any non Classic Trek deserves to be in the top 10.
As far as their number 1 choice, very predictable but imo a snoozefest. -
Lots of favorites in Classic Trek, but there are some great ones in Next Ge, for example.
The one where Picard gets interrogated by the Cardassians for example ("there are four lights"). I would rank that in my top ten. Brilliant episode..

Each show has had its worst and great episodes Classic had 79 in my book,Next generation had a lot-yesterdays Enterprise ,The best
of both worlds for example,DS9-Way of the warrior,Dominion war,Voyager-Scorpion & Message in a bottle.Enterprise -In a mirror Darkly.these
shows were all very well written,and if you havent watched them,your missing out on some very good star trek.Comment

I'm a Trekkie so I'm a bit bias, TOS imo will always be the best and favorite, so many well scripted
episodes, TNG had some good episodes as well, but Picard is no Kirk, to much talk and no action,
but still enjoyable, I would love to see a chess match between Spock and Data.Comment

I agree with Mike, only TOS belongs in the top 10. the episodes of TNG in the top 10 are good but not that goodComment
