So I've been perusing SW spoiler forums and blogs here and there and the latest bit about the finale of The Force Awakens could possibly be equivalent to the ESB conclusion, but with more people divided. Apparently Han's son, played by Adam Driver (who's been acknowledged to be the trilogy's main villain- in the vein of Vader), confronts Luke but Han gets in between the conflict and Luke has no other choice but to strike down Han to get to Driver (and as a result, kills Han). Various 'credible' sources have pretty much confirmed this. I know it's pretty much a given that Han would die in this movie, but if true, I think it's pretty ballsy of J.J. to have Han dies at the hands of Luke. I thought Han would die heroically while flying the Falcon.
Also, the SW Ep. 7 teaser trailer allegedly will be released with The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies on December 14 (which would almost be exactly one year before the release of The Force Awakens on December 15th, 2015).
