Anybody else hear Captain Will Decker is a child molester ?

Just heard this and i'm shocked.

He seemed like a clean-cut regular guy.

Saw the news. Very saddened by it. He is a divorce fight with wife/actress Faye Grant, V, Greatest American Hero). I hope it turns out to be a lie but...

I need more convincing. An authentic admission of child sexual abuse to a therapist requires it to be reported. Some are saying the tape is doctored. I certainly hope it's a mistake.

Seems like a whole slew of paragons of virtue are taking a fall.
In England, children's show presenters Jimmy Saville and Rolf Harris fell from grace after having been found out as child molesters. Their list of victims is long. Saville died before being caught, but Harris is in jail.
But as said above, let's look at the evidence first. Let's not crucify people in the media, and remember, we will never know as much as the judge and jury. We see just a fraction of the case.
This may just be messy divorce tactics.
Wait and see, and don't start burning your ST The Motion Picture discs just yet.
Unless, of course, you think the movie's crap...

Geez, I hope not. I still have trouble watching Ferris Bueller and Beetlejuice now because of Jeffery Jones.

I am in shock. I too hope it turns out to be false.

I'm trying to figure out why she waited until the divorce to say anything. Not really looking too good on her part either.

But, it might. Statute of limitations.

Seems to me (imo) he did do it early in his career but it's probably been a secret guilty pain for him ever since (see Star Trek 5).

Best thing to do is own up to it.

The guy's 67 years old, not exactly a starving spring chicken actor............

He needs to just admit what he did and take whatever consequences society decides for him.

No matter what he doesn't have a poorhouse in his future.

The only credit i'll give him is that he didn't totally violate those girls - which would make him a total monster

Collins was recently fired from Ted 2, his scenes from the TV series Scandal were cut out, UP-TV pulled 7th Heaven from its schedule, and his official website has been taken offline. Not looking good for him at all.

I'm waiting til all the facts are in. I've always admired Stephen Collins acting talent, and find this a tough pill to swallow. I hope that it isn't true as well. I wonder what (if any) position his fellow co-stars from 7th Heaven are taking, (supporting or shunning).

Seems kind of ridiculous to pull 7th Heaven from TV schedules. What about all the other actors in it? Why punish them?
What's next? Star Trek: TMP will never be aired on TV again?
