      I agree.
      Make Mel lose a few pounds, and he could still be in the movie.
      Also force him not to write his own dialog or go to any bar during shooting...

        visually it looks amazing, almost like a live comic book but I was not too blown away or impressed by the trailer.
        I heard it was greeted with good reception when it was playing some festivals about a year ago. Just hoping it is not another thunderdome

          I think it still looks good.

          It will also be like new Apes to old Apes, both equally good, but separated by leaps of movie evolution.

          A pity there aren't more car roof racks left today, so there could be a chance of a chained hand pulled from an arm.

            Finally got a chance to see this. HBO has it right now and I really enjoyed the movie. The stunt work is pretty darn impressive and you can tell a lot of it was practical effects.

            Worth a watch if you haven't seen it!
