New Who episode 1

Just watched a B&W screener of the first new Who and it's not bad.

SPOILERS!!!



















We get the return of Madame Vastra, Jenny Flint, and Strax - more of the clockwork robots from The Girl in the Fireplace and a nice scene where Capaldi looks at himself in a mirror and says "I've seen this face before, why did I get this face" which seems to me to be referencing The Fires of Pompeii. Also a Matt Smith cameo. All in all it looks good.

I really enjoyed that, the half finished effects of the screener gave it an old school feel.

Capaldi is more adept at comedy than i gave him credit for.

Everything just FEELS right

I just hope Muppet don't blow it (which he has a tendency to do when I get my hopes up)
