Do you like the Peter Cushing Dalek movies ?

I liked 2150 AD, but thought the first movie was kinda slow moving.

The Thals always remind me of the Weena people from the Time Machine

I enjoyed the first one more than the second. Not anywhere as good as the series, but entertaining.
Cushing is good enough, but as he himself pointed out, these were really films for younger children.

I've never seen these, but I love Peter Cushing, so I need to seek these out.

I enjoyed them and it was neat to see a Who movie with a budget.

They are a little slow at times and a bit "cornier" than the 1st doctor stories they are based on but for decades these were the only who you could see for these stories. They were out of print on dvd for a while but I think they are coming back out soon.

They're colourful, fun interpretations of the first two Dalek adventures.

Both movies were recently restored and remastered and released on Blu-ray for region B.

I quite enjoyed them for what they were. It was actually my first exposure to Dr Who running on late night TV.

Later I found Tom Baker on TVO, the public TV channel up here in Ontario.

Good campy fun. I grabbed the Blu-Rays and they did a great job on the restoration. Far more colourful than I remember.
