The music seems to be from the episodes: Planet of the Slave Girls, Plot to Kill a City, Vegas in Space, Return of the fighting 69th, Space Rockers, Unchained Woman and one of the Ardala episodes but I'm unsure which one it is:

You beat me to it, I was just going to post about it!

Even if it's a bit pricey, I couldn't resist hitting the BIN immediately. This set has hours of great music, including some tracks we've been waiting a long time for (like "Jelly Belly", the medieval music that Buck turns into "something kinda funky"). Intrada has released some fantastic CDs over the last few years, including four vintage BSG ones. I have the first of those, the scond BSG CD is very limited and beyond my range (aka my wallet). Luckily, I have the BSG 4 disc set (which was a promo piece, and this has over 4 hours of music).
The first Buck Rogers (movie) CD they released is absolutely wonderful, really takes me back to when I saw the pilot in a movie theatre in '79.

They are planning a season 2 Buck Rogers CD set, which has some awesome Stu Philips tracks as well. Intrada CDs go OOP really fast, buy it now or you can forget about it...
Can't wait to get my set in the mail!!!

That Space 1970 is such a groovy blog! How did I miss it? And I love Buck Rogers, but the price is a little steep for the soundtrack.

The price is up there but that works out to a little over $10. per disk for the set. I may buy it after my overtime comes in. I have a 1/2 way decent job at the moment.

It's still ok for a three disk set. As I pay import prices, mine was $60 total.
The last time I hesitated buying a soundtrack CD, the price skyrocketed after a few months, and that was it. I could forget about it.
The soundtrack to Omega Man (first edition printing with one extra track) went to $300 within weeks. Luckily, they released it again (minus that track) later. Still cost me $40.
