Does this control station look familiar ?

Was watching an episode of Thunderbirds last night and this control station jumped out at me as looking very familiar.

Can't dream of where I seen a similar design

It almost looks alot like the Tardis control console from the 1960's and 70's.

At least they made the effort of not (completely) duplicating the column. But from the look of it, they were very tempted to do that as well...

This totally justifies the 70's who reuse of the old Thunderbirds models
