Dr Who Curse/Monster of Peladon's Aggedor

Just finished watching Monster of Peladon --- Watched Curse last week

I kept thinking Aggedor looked familiar but I couldn't put my finger on who he looked like.

Then it came to me.

Am I nuts ?

I haven't seen either Curse or Monster but if he eats cats,you might be on to something.

Just remember Alf came later, they very well could have ripped off the basic look from Doctor Who.

Also looks a bit like the dudes from Dark Crystal, but I don't think they ate cats.
