PotA and Flash Gordon DVDs at Dollar General

Just saw the original Planet of the Apes DVD for sale at Dollar General for $3.95. They also had Filmation's Flash Gordon on DVD for $6.95, and although it looked like Ink & Paint's Flash Gordon: The Complete Series, it was only the first 14 episodes which comprise the first two discs of Ink & Paint's set. Still, not bad for $6.95!

I picked up the first 2 seasons of Land of the Lost for $5 and an animated Fantastic Four for $5 at five below.

I've heard great things about Five Below. Unfortunately for me, the closest one is 90 miles away. I might have to check it out someday.

Not sci-fi related, but DG also had every episode of the animated Beetle Bailey show from the 60s on a 2-DVD set for $6.95.

I got Flash Gordon at my Dollar General and it's awesome I'm now digging out my 3 3/4 inch 1979 Flash, Zarkov, Thun with missing arm, and still hunting in my stuff for Ming lol. I need to collect te rest.
