I finally watched FRINGE

Damn, that was a great show. I don't know why it took me so long to watch it. I had the first two seasons on Blu-ray for years before finally taking the plunge a few months ago. I got hooked really fast. Thankfully I am an Amazon Prime member and seasons 3 and 4 were free to watch. I had to purchase season 5 but it was well worth it. I was REALLY ****ed off when Etta was killed. I calmed down and figured they would find some way to bring her back. At first I thought September would show up and travel through time to get her. Then, when Peter implanted the tech, I thought he might travel through time to save her. I liked the way they ended it. This is definitely in my top 5 favorite shows.

Great show. The first season or so, I kinda slogged through it because I liked all the folks involved. But once they started visiting the alternate universe, I thought the show evolved into something outstanding.

I agree. I was really glad they gave us a glimpse of the alternate universe in the final episode.

Season 1 was really, really tough for me but I stuck it out because my wife had the remote. Glad I did, what transpired was quite special and I can't say this often but it remained solid until the end.

I really didn't like the whole "mutant transformation" subplot in season 4 but thankfully, it went away.

The finale was a lot of fun and had so many nods to previous shows, I'm re-watching them and trying to spot the observer.
