Twilight Zone The Midnight Sun Lois Nettleton...mmmmmm...

Sometimes I feel like such a... guy.

I mean The Midnight Sun is one of the most grim episodes of Twilight Zone ever and yet when I see Lois Nettleton wearing that slip and dripping with sweat my thermometer goes up.

And while she is quite pretty, she is not drop dead gorgeous, it's just that combo along with her playing a sweet (albeit doomed) character that must float my boat.

Then, of course, there is Thelma the maid from The Honeymooners. I would've thought anyone who could handle Ralph Kramden could tell the overbearing sun where it could go too

One of my favorite episodes. You're right--it's a sensitive performance & Nettleton is lovely.

It really is a great episode from the shooting, the cinematography to the acting. We have to remember how intense this must of been on TV amongst shows like Leave It To Beaver, I Love Lucy, Father Knows Best, etc (shows I also like and love)

That one was just on Me-TV last night. Is that what inspired this thread, Mike?

I saw this one during the New Year's marathon on SyFy (man, I HATE typing that name), and I would have to agree on all fronts.
