I really liked the original Clone Wars short eps by Genndy Tartakovsky... the first season of those was particularly good, exactly the right duration, to the point, action packed.
The CG series has had a few great episodes (the ones involving Mandalorians, Sith, Bounty Hunters, and actual battles of the Clone Wars)... but a lot of the other eps are fairly mediocre.
