I recently watched all the Star Trek Animated shows on Netflix and man did I enjoy them. I almost enjoyed them more than the original show. Did they make more than 20 or so episodes or is that it. They're rather relaxing and use all the voices of the original actors. I've not collected Trek Megos (except Tiny Spock) but this makes me want to collect the Emce Trek figures. Anybody else feel this way?

I haven't watched those since the Saturday mornings they were first aired. I think there was only 1 season but could be wrong and there was 2. The EMCE figures are really great. I have them all besides Pike/Salt Monster and Picard Borg. I got the repro bridge set for under $20.00 on Amazon. Now I just need someplace to display them. -
Animated Trek was the first Trek I ever saw and it was also the Trek I more associated any of the toys with. It was magical to see the cartoon come to life when I saw the live action show later.Comment

I love the Trek cartoon! I have all the eps, and the trading cards. I missed it on Saturday mornings, but I remember when it went into syndication for after school viewing. When I was 11, we were visiting my brother here in Oakland, (I was still living in NYC then). Everyday for the 2 weeks we were here, my mom would take me to the park. There used to be this huge flying saucer climbing structure there, and of course right after watching that cartoon, Star Trek was fresh in everyone's mind. So all us kids would play Star Trek and work out who was gonna be Kirk, Spock, etc. Good memories! And a good cartoon!"Do you believe, you believe in magic?

Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
