I saw Spartacus, which was a lot of fun.
I'll give Thrones a try, too.

Oh yeah, Spartacus is loads of fun. Thrones may be a bit less of "light entertainment" in comparison, but if you are a fan of the former, there's a good chance you might like the latter (I sure did, I was a fan of Spartacus first, but when I started watching Game of Thrones afterward, I liked it right away)

The reason I didn't get into Game of Thrones is because I missed the first couple of months...and then I just got lazy catching up.

But since you guys really like it, I'll give it a go...and start from episode one...lol.

Game of thrones,Spartacus,The walking dead,Hell on Wheels and Sons of Anarchy the reason TV was invented!!!

I'm glad to have some "real" shows back on TV again I'm so sick of reality tv it isn't even funny.

                  After four episodes...I'm hooked....

Great acting and script, wonderful costumes, great sex...I mean great sets...

I especially like the actor who plays Tyrion. And judging from the number of prostitutes his character hangs out with, I guess he enjoys the role, too.

Get caught up, because Season 3 and 4 is going to destroy you.

They've just started season one here on Belgian TV.
I bought the DVD box set, so I'm catching up quicker, well sort of.
The way it takes for TV shows to get shown here on TV, it seems like we're stuck in the Middle Ages. Pretty soon, they'll be showing that hot new movie, Ghostbusters...

LOL nice. If you need a hook-up from here on the other sets just let me know - at cost.

I started reading the book series and I'm almost done with book one. I'm mad at myself for watching Season One before reading the series. HBO has done a fantastic work on the show, great casting. I hope that some company will do decent figures, the customs I've seen have been great. There are too many characters to make so I'm not going there unless someone markets for me.

                              Just finished series one.
                              What can I say?
                              Wow!
Didn't think so many great characters would end up dead, and very few of them heroically.

I'm watching it again with my wife, so I'll have to be patient until March, when I can get season 2 with Dutch subs. The things I do for my marriage....

Sounds to me like a perfect time to start reading the books. As awesome as the show is... the books are even better.
