Alien Nation TV Movies

I love the series but it's really hard for me to get through the TV movies.

I'm on the 4th one now and it's really slow moving and kinda don't deserve to be a TV movie.

Does anyone else like the series but not care for the movies ?

For me, I think because I have high expectations but all we get is just stories that seem like long mediocre TV episodes.

Hmmmm....

This one kinda reminds me of the Manimal thread.... Alien Nation was one of those series that started with a fairly high-falutin' idea but got mired down pretty quicky with the standard tv action stories.
