Nah, I'm holding out for the CGI explosion filled adaption of Candy Land and Monopoly.
Lol, I still probably check it out when it hits cable.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
In best movie voice. Coming soon to a theater near you! Ants in the Pants and Cootie from Micheal Bay.

sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.
It might be surprisingly good, but I doubt if I'd give it a chance because there are better films I still haven't seen. From the trailer, it seems it has little to do with the game, apart from having ships.
I have a small group of friends who make a habit of going to see the biggest and dumbest movies that come out - and I sometimes join them. If this movie is a huge flop it probably increases my chances of seeing it.

I'm not sure if you're kidding, but "Monopoly" is a for-real movie project that's being worked out and Ridley Scott is connected to it. "Candyland" is being developed as a film project by Adam Sandler's company
(This is a screenshot from the trailer, by the way)
From Micheal Bay the guy that thought racist stereotype bots and giving Devastator robo-testicles was a good idea.

Lol, yeah, I knew that. I just find it darkly humourous that I can picture them having tons of CGI explosions too. Now, I was totally joking about the Ant in the Pants and Cootie. Though, I wouldn't put it past Bay.

Paul Bettany
It's Conenct Four...ironically in 3-D
I really cannot see any situation where I'd pay money to a theater to see Battleship. Avengers? Yes. Dark Knight? yes. Spider-Man? Yup. Freakin Battleship? I'm fairly certain Neeson pulls a Qui-Gon early in the film, so don't expect much out of him.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.
If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.
