Just watched Next Gen's The Best of Both Worlds tonight

Question ... why is it easy to make the perfect Trek episode but they cant make a darn decent movie if their lives depended on it ?

BTW, i never thought First Contact was great --- It was just better than the rest of the Trek crap released around and after it.

That's just one opinion Mike. BOBW Part 1 is pretty good but BOBW Part 2 kind'a sucks, (dues ex macchina anyone?). I thought First Contact was pretty enjoyable tho totally unoriginal. Just my opinion tho, Lol!

I have to agree with you about BOBW-2, John ....

Hmmmm....

I had high hopes for this one; mostly 'cos I didn't like the old new crew. The second part was a bummer, especially since they'd emonstrated how improbable the ending was by pointing out the energy dampeners.

That's how it was with most of the season cliffhangers. Part 1 would be awesome,part 2 not so much.
