Well believe it or not I have never seen this 80's film.Finally saw it the DVD Special Edition last night and you know what it what fun and well made,Steve Guttenberg and Ally Sheedy did a good job and a decent story with that crazy robot.Ive always been a fan of Director Badham,Saturday Night Fever, WarGames ,Blue Thunder,Dracula 1979 even the El Debarge song Whos Johnny didnt erk that much I guess 26 years makes a difference I remember they used to play that song everywhere back in spring/summer 1986 and I would run out of the room screaming

I probably saw the movie all the way through.....but don't recall much of it. Maybe when my kids get a little older I will show it to them.

Kinda makes me wonder how some of the "better" movies from the 80's like Cocoon have held up over time.
