A lot of it, yeah; but I thought most of the visuals were kinda recycled too. (So much from "Attack of the Clones," oddly enough.)
As an aside to another discussion; I don't see this one ever being a cult classic because of this. It's not a bad film, a little blah; but nothing in it really stands out as it's own thing, so I could see it getting lost in the noise. Kinda how not every 80's direct to video horror movie became a cult classic. (There are only SO MANY variants of "inbred mutant kills teenagers" you can make before they all kinda bleed together.)
