I remember seeing that as a kid when it first came out.

Haven't seen it since. Might have to revisit it at some point.

I love Christopher Lee, but he'll be the first to admit that out of his 200+ films, 75% is pretty awful...

I have a VHS tape of this movie. My aunt took me to see it in the theaters. Really a BAD movie, but it's so cheesy good!

In the 1970s, the Canadian government provided huge tax shelters for movie production. What they wanted to happen would be an enrichment of the Canadian culture (something we're always trying to figure out) WHAT WE GOT was mostly low budget, crappy exploitation sci fi and horror that always starred a washed out TV star from the states.

Also, thanks to Canadian Content laws, this movie and several others like it played AD NAUSEUM on tv in the 80s.

I like the chick the aliens abduct who gets the physical under mind control in her underwear. I feel the film needed more scenes like that. Maybe a bus load of cheerleaders getting abducted. They could'a devoted maybe 30 minutes of the film to that and I think it would've been a bigger hit.
