Yeah, they're cover-mount items that came free with various DW publications.

The UK has a tradition of giving away cheap free gifts with its licensed comics and magazines, going way back and including Star Wars publications, Doctor Who, Marvel UK titles, etc.

Magazine premiums are one way print has been fighting back against digital... You can't download a plastic toy!

It's really had for me not to add Dr Who to the stuff I collect.

I've gotten the magazine for a couple of years now for my kids. The toys are fantastic. The recent squirting sonic was excellent.

The Monster Battle Pack was something i missed,i did pick the mag up then put it back on the shelf,they do look cool,i knew i should of just bought the damn thing.

The build your own Dalek jobbie is sort of similar to this one i found at a discount store.
