Is being a big Star Trek fan sometimes distracting ?

Was watching an episode of the Bionic Woman yesterday.

Anybody else would watch this scene and say ho-hum

On the other hand a Trek fan's eyes would buldge out

"Arena"!! That's the rock Kirk pushed the bolder off onto the Gorn. They also did a nod to that in "Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey.

Yep, that's one down (2 down counting the background)

                Hint ......

Guy on the right had a beard on Trek (season-3)

The guy on the right was in the The Cloud Minders. He ran the floating city or something.

Who knows? A different show? Different actors? A different still?

I forget the name of that rock formation, but that is used in too many westerns and others, not just trek. I got season 1 of smdm for the holidays and there are a ton of trek guest stars as well as galactica, too.
                          It's all good!

Little known ST guest star:David Soul of Starsky & Hutch appears in the original Trek episode, The Apple. You can't tell it's him due to the wig & weird make-up.

The guy on the left is Gary Lockwood. He played Gary Mitchell in 'Where No Man Has Gone Before". One of my favorites. I love Sally Kellerman in that episode.
