    Pota Tv Series

I am just now getting around to watching the tv series. I absolutely love it. I was thrilled to see a young Jackie Earle Haley (Watchmen -Rorschach/Freddy - Nightmare On Elm St) in one of the early episodes.

It pains me that this only lasted one season.

I recently watched the whole series ( for the first time! ) and even the cartoon - I enjoied every minute. Now I'm working my way through The Six Million Dollar Man / Bionic Woman, both of which I've never seen before.

I am working on getting the animated. I tell ya. I do believe I will be inspired to try my hand at customs and there are some POTA characters from the TV show that will be fun to try.

I am scared to watch the Bionic Man series, because that will just mean I have to own all of those toys too..... gahhhh

Yes, the POTA TV serie is awesome! I can watch them over and over again. Yes, too bad it was short-lived.

You have NEVER seen them. How could you sleep at night knowing you never saw one of the greatest shows in the history of the known and unknown universe???

Ditto! I watch them once a year. Words can describe the immense sadness I feel when I finish them, knowing it will be another year till I watch them again!!!

I watched a few when I was a kid, but have never bothered to revisit it. I know I will. I know it will drive me nuts to get all the toys again. Especially since every SMDM I get, I trade for MEGO WGSH/POTA LOL

Well, it wasn't on in my house when I was growing up ( although I think I did see 1 SMDM episode one night when I was "home alone" ) and I never had the opportunity to see them in syndication. I recently downloaded ALL the episodes and am currently about a quarter through season 3 of the SMDM - haven't started BW yet. Interestingly enough, for not watching it growing up I remember the shows and the toys and am enjoying every minute of "catching up" and can't wait until the new figures from Biff Bang Pow come out next year.

Oh yes...TV series is fun to watch once in awhile!!

I can't stomach the cartoons though. I don't know why but I really hate cartoons from the 70s. I don't know if it's because it reminds me of a lost childhood or what...I just can't stand hearing the voices or the music...or seeing the cartoons on the screen.

Except the Tarzan CBS cartoon from the late 70s. I have not seen those since childhood...but I have fond memories of that show.

I would love to see those again. My dad watched that every Saturday....lol. If I was quiet, I could watch it with him. LOL

I have all the Tarzan episodes too ( Ron Ely and the Filmation cartoon ). I'll be working my way through those soon.
So many shows so little time.

I can remember seeing PotA tv show over here in the UK but it was not shown every week like a series, just now and then,i have never seen the cartoon version, may have to hunt that down.

Filmation Tarzan was great, used to rush home from school to make sure i watched it.Tarzan with Ron Ely was excellent also.
