It kind of looks like fun. I've only watched the basic Ultraman series, on that set Target clearanced for $5. It was neat, but each episode is pretty much the same. I don't know anything about the rest of the series. Where does Ultraman Leo figure in?Hey! Where's the waiter with the water for my daughter?
Check out my customs!

1. Ultraman (second Ultra brother, Ultraman Zoffy, appears in last episode)
2. UltraSeven (dubbed version from Turner available on bootleg market)
3. Ultraman Ace (Malaysian English dubs available)
4. Ultraman Taro (4th series, 5th Ultra brother, Malaysian English dubs available)
5. Ultraman Leo (I've never seen English dub of this)
All the series do seem to follow the same "format", but that's part of the fun. Giant monster vs hero action in a nutshell!Comment

>It would be cool to see a big budget Ultraman film. But that will never happen.
I dunno; the Japanese are just as susceptible to nostalgia as us. I think what spares the Ultra Brothers is that there's always a new series going, and they tend to be kiddied up; so they drown out the memories. But it's only a matter of time 'til someone decides to "get to the roots" of the franchaise.
>Ultraman Leo was the 5th Ultra tv series
TECHNICALLY the sixth; don't forget "Ultra Q."
