SPFX model-maker Bill George runs this website where he shows off his model-making and photoshopping skills. Basically what if the fictional Sci-Fi craft we all know and love from our favorite shows and movies had been real? Perhaps they were loaned to those productions as working/functioning props? Suppose an air-show had been created to show off these retired/classic designs?
The website features classic sci-fi vehicles like the Vipers, Galactica Shuttle, Eagle and Hawk, Flying Sub, Spindrift, and the Icarus design from POTA to name a few. There are also downloadable Wallpaper shots for you there. Check it out.
On the Viper/Shuttle page the last photo captioned: "One of the Vipers on the landing bay set in 1978." is an actual full size prop of the Viper. Whether it survived the Universal fire a few years back tho is unclear.
