    Bionic Woman DVD sets

Was in Target today and they had season 1 and season 2 at $14.99 each. picked up S1, figured at that price can't go wrong. Just watched part 1 of the Bionic man intro episode. Forgot how smoking hot Lyndsey Wagner was back then.

Season-2 is also a good one.

It has some popular cossovers including Kill Oscar-(fembots) and Return of Bigfoot.

And yes, Lindsay Wagner was one of the ultimate 70's babes ...

IMO she was 1000 times hotter than Farrah

Season 3 of Bionic Woman is set to come out early in October. I forget the release date off the top of my head, but it's on a Tuesday (like always) like on the 11th or so.

I had heard that Season Two had some issues with shoddy sound on a couple episodes, so I haven't picked it up yet. If it's not too bad, I'll go ahead and get it.

i figured I'd watch season 1 and if I still liked it i would go back for S2. so far I am really enjoying it. aside from the 70's cheese (which is part of the shows charm), the show really holds up well. wish they would sell SMDM at retail as well
and I have to agree with Mikey, LW is way sexier than Farrah

I think Time-Life had a 1 year contract ... so it should be running out soon.

Guessing Universal will eventually release bare-bones season issues after the TL contract is up.

your right, i forgot about that. i saw a infomercial a while back that said "through this television offer only", i was wondering why they would limit its market like that. i hope its soon. i havent seen that show in probably fifeteen years! (maybe more)

It was a very good show. I've enjoyed the first two seasons. When season three comes out, that will do it for me with the bionic stuff. The Bionic Dog never did anything for me.

Universal is doing a replacement disc program for the affected disc

This is true and I personally felt it was on more than one disc of the set that had sound issues IIRC.

I have a freind who bought and watched season-2

she said almost every disc has some sort of sound problems

she said some episodes will play fine and then suddenly the sound will get really low for 10 minutes at a time .... she said the episodes are all watchable but sometimes you have to have the sound turned all the way up to he them

Also, the music background is often louder than the talking.

She said if Universal fixes them they will have to fix more than one disc.
