      I remember downloading that from the Star Wars Archives a few years back.

      It was a weird TV show from the UK called Jim'll Fix It, where kids wrote in to this old DJ guy (Jimmy Saville) and asked him to fulfill their wishes.

      That kid was chosen from the many who wrote in with SW requests, and got that awesome visit to the Dagobah set!
